Reservations cannot be made by calling or texting.

Reservations are only available via link below or Stayfolio.

We only open reservation dates within 60 days.

House rules

· Infants are not allowed due to the safety reasons such as bathtub.

· Under the age of 18 without adults are not permitted to stay.

· No pets allowed

· If a guest shows up with extra people unannounced, the host has the right to turn them away.

· If you stay more than 3 nights, additional cleaning service will be arranged.

· The reserve the right to charge individual guests or for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts of guests to the our property or structure.

· Surveillance cameras are used on the property due to safety reasons.

· To ensure proper hygiene, our building receives monthly pest control services. However, you can see bugs or pests due to the nature of the environment. Please note that prepaid reservations cannot be refunded due to the above issue.

Amenities

Lounge

There is a lounge chair where you can sit and relax looking at the garden. Sit back, relax and enjoy the music flowing from the speakers. Please read the instructions and precautions provided before using the stove.

Kitchen

We provide minimal tableware for you to eat packaged or delivered food from nearby markets. Sink, electric pot, cutlery, and wine opener are prepared.

Drip coffee & Tea

Hanok Essay Seochon has a set of coffee drippers and coffee beans for you to make your own coffee. Tea sets, tea leaves, and small portable dining table are prepared for you to enjoy your tea time.

Bath

There is a bathtub where you can take a bath while looking at the garden from the bedroom. Open the bathtub cover, get warm water and use it. Please cover the bathtub cover after using.

Bedding

Bedding and towels are always being washed and replaced. If you stay more than 3 nights, we will replace your bedding and towels and provide simple room maintenance service if you request in advance. Bedding and towel replacement service are not available for 2 night stay.

Amenity

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash are prepared in separated bathroom. Face towel, bath towel, and hair dryer are prepared in the powder room.

Long Stay promotions

Minimum stay of 2 nights on weekdays(Sun-Thu) up to 10% discounts

· Except for the day before a public holiday or year-end(21/Dec to 1/Jan) holidays.

· Discount will be automatically applied at the payment stage.

· Not applicable with other promotion.

Cancellation Policy

We require 10 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
